Brigham Young's Summer Home

Many people don't know that Brigham Young, an LDS Prophet, had a summer home in St.George!  We decided that it would be a good tourist experience to visit it.  The home is located near diagnol in the middle of St.George.  LDS missionaries, volunteers, give daily tours of the home.
Our tour guide had a great love for Brigham Young's home and was very knowledgeable about the home's place in history (and history in general) and function.  The tour lasts according to your schedule, they were very considerate about our time, and were flexible to our needs and interests.
Feelings for the Brigham Young tour: Alisa "Overall I would give this a 4/10.  I did learn a bit more about history but I don't think I would recommend it as one of the most interesting things to do in St.George.  Maybe if you only had a hour to do something quick, I would recommend it." Roxanne "I would change my rating depending on who I was talking to.  I don't think this is a place to go for entertainment, and definitely not a place to take small children...most teenagers wouldn't be super interested either in my opinion.  but the missionaries who were giving the tours had a contagious love for learning and sharing the history of the home.  I learned a lot of interesting facts and stories."
